(Ottawa) –The Ottawa Police Service East District Neighborhood Officers (NHOs) have been investigating incidents of indecent acts throughout the months of August to October 2016. Ottawa Police has received nine (9) calls for service about a male masturbating in public areas and parks.
The victims have a variable of the same description of the male suspect. He is described as being a white male with a tan complexion, 18 to 25 years of age, medium build, 5’10” – 6’ (178cm – 183cm), brown hair, clean shaven. Some of the complaintants said he wore a baseball cap, jeans or navy blue work pants.
The suspect male has been seen in the areas of Charlemagne Boulevard, Apollo Way (Apollo Crater Park), Taylor Creek area. Times vary from 9am to later in the afternoon.
