(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service East Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking public assistance to identify a suspect and two persons of interest in an incident that occurred on Bank Street in April.
In the early morning hours of Monday, April 17, 2017, a female in her 40s suffered serious injuries after having been assaulted by an unknown male at a bar located in the 1500 block of Bank in Ottawa.
The male suspect is described as a Caucasian male between 25 and 35 years of age, 5'7" (170 cm) tall, a thin build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt over a white t-shirt, with blue jeans, black shoes and a gold chain (see photo).
A woman and a man were also seen with the suspect before and during the assault. Investigators are looking to identify these two persons of interest (see photos.)
