(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service is asking for assistance in locating a missing female youth Mardilia Quill, 15 years old, of Ottawa. Quill has a tattoo cross mark under her left eye. There are concerns for her wellbeing.
QUILL was last seen on Orleans Boulevard in Orleans. She is an indigenous female, 4’11” (151 cm) in height, 130 lbs (59 KG) with brown eyes, and brown hair.
