(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit (SACA) is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect who is wanted for two separate sexual assaults which occurred this morning in the area of Russell Rd and Haig Dr.
The suspect description is as follows:
• Black male, 18-30 years of age, approx. 5’10” (177 cm) and skinny.
