(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is asking for assistance in locating missing female Julia Whitney, 28 years old, Ottawa. Her family is greatly concerned for her safety.
Julia is described as a white female, light complexion, 5’4” (163 cm), 120 lbs (54 kg), slender, yellow hair cut in mullet with sides dyed black. Julia has barbell piercing in lower lip and left side of nose has piercing (view picture.)
Julia was last seen in the Daly Avenue area on August 22, 2017.
