(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating a recent bank robbery and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the three male suspects responsible.
On October 30, 2015, at approximately 10:10am, three male suspects entered a bank in the 200 block of Montreal Road. One suspect remained near the door while the other two entered, waited in line, and then approached a customer service representative. A note was produced making a demand for money. The suspects fled with an undisclosed quantity of cash. There were no injuries.
The suspects are described as follows (see pictures):
- Suspect 1 is described as a black male, 6’2” (188cm), 20-25 years old. He was wearing grey track pants, white runners, a black puffy coat with fur-lined hood, with a moustache (possibly fake) sunglasses and black gloves.
- Suspect 2 is described as a black male, 5’6” (168cm), early 20’s, French speaking. He was wearing a black and grey plaid jacket with a white hooded sweater, black track pants with white writing down the legs, black hat with red logo on the front, sunglasses and black gloves.
- Suspect 3 is described as a black male, 5’10” (178cm). He was wearing a black puffy jacket with fur lined hood, black pants (remained near the door) with a moustache (possibly fake).
