(Ottawa) – Different groups of people exercised their right to demonstrate on Parliament Hill today.
One adult male was arrested for assaulting an RCMP officer. The male was turned over to the Ottawa Police Service and, following investigation, is being charged and will be released pending a Court appearance.
The identity of the male charged with Assaulting a Police Officer will not be released until the charges are formally laid in Court. No other details are available at this time.
