(Ottawa) -- Update:  Paul NADON was arrested in Gatineau on January 21, 2016.  He was returned to Ottawa, and appeared in Ottawa court, on January 22, 2016.  He was held in custody and appears next on January 26, 2016. 

Nicole TURGEON still remains at large.

Update 2: Suspects charged in robbery investigation

(Ottawa) - The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit has identified the suspects wanted in connection to this retail robbery. Arrest warrants have been issued for two of the three persons now charged. 

The primary suspect has been charged in relation to the robbery. Jean LEGAULT, age 51 of Gatineau, is charged with the following offences: 

*       Robbery

*       Use of a firearm in the commission of an offence

*       Possession of a firearm

*       Breach of probation 

Mr. LEGAULT is in custody on an unrelated matter and will appear in Ottawa court on January 22, 2016. 

     Two other suspects, the subjects of a November 3, 2015 updated release, have also now been charged and arrest warrants have been issued for them both.  Paul NADON, age 54, and Nicole TURGEON, age 48, both of Gatineau, have been jointly charged with the following offences: 

*       Five counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

*       Five counts of possession of proceeds of crime

*       Five counts of laundering proceeds of crime 

Paul NADON is described as being a Caucasian male, 5"11" (180cm), 145 lbs (66 lbs), brown hair and black eyes (see images released Nov. 3/15.)

Nicole TURGEON is described as being a Caucasian female, 5'3" (160 cm), 140 lbs (64 lbs), brown hair and brown eyes (see images released Nov. 3/15.)

Update: Subjects to be identified in robbery investigation

(Ottawa) - The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit continues the investigation into this September convenience store robbery. 

The primary robbery suspect still remains unidentified. 

As a result of the investigation that has followed, investigators are seeking the public's assistance in identifying two persons of interest in the investigation. These persons are believed to have been in possession of lottery tickets stolen during the course of the convenience store robbery. 

The subjects are described as follows (images attached): 

#1- Caucasian male, medium build, brown hair with a beard, wears prescription eyeglasses

#2- Caucasian female, medium build, long dark hair

Robbery suspect to be identified        

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating the recent robbery of a convenience store and is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect responsible.

On September 22, at 3:35 am, a lone male suspect entered a convenience store situated along the 300 block of McArthur Avenue.  The suspect initially appeared to be a normal customer, approaching the cash with a coffee and sandwich.  The suspect then produced a handgun and forced the clerk to the floor.  The suspect then stole a quantity of cash, cigarettes and lottery tickets and placed the items into a duffel bag. There were no injuries.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 50 years, muscular build, with a moustache and described as having a "long face". The suspect also wore glasses (image attached.)
