(Ottawa)— On December 6th, charges were laid against massage therapist, Matthew LESSARD, 31 years old of Ottawa by the Ottawa Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit.
LESSARD was charged with two counts of Sexual Assault. The incidents, involving two female victims, occurred this week while he was treating patients at a local clinic in the East end of Ottawa.
The investigation continues. Investigators are concerned that there could be more victims.
