(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Unit has charged a suspect following several incidents that occurred in the Overbrook area from June 2015 until December 2016.
A complaint was received in November 2018 about the male sexually assaulting a child under 14 years old, who was known to him.
Time KABAMBA NTALAJA, 29 years old of Ottawa, has been charged with:
- Assault
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Exploitation
- Sexual Interference
KABAMBA NTALAJA is scheduled to appear in court today.
SACA investigators are concerned there may be additional victims and is asking the public to contact them if they have any further information regarding this incident or others.
