Three suspects to identify for fraudulent use of credit cards

(Ottawa) –The Ottawa Police Service East Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects in the use of a stolen credit card. 

On the evening of Thursday, January 3, 2019, a stolen credit card was used repeatedly at commercial businesses located in the 1500 block of St. Laurent Boulevard and the 1100 block of Ogilvie Road. 

The three suspects took turns entering the businesses and using the credit card. Multiple transactions were made before the victim could cancel the card.  

The three suspects have been described as follows (see pictures):

  • Suspect #1: white female in her mid 40’s, with glasses with her hair pulled back, wearing a distinctive red and white hooded sweatshirt with the logo 1991 across the front.
  • Suspect #2: male with a tanned skin, in his 20’s, with a grey flat brimmed LA Dodgers cap, a grey hooded sweatshirt and a gold chain.
  • Suspect #3: white female in her early 20’s, with a dark tuque with a light pompom, and a grey hooded parka over a black hooded sweater with the large Under Armour logo.
