(Ottawa) – Ottawa Police Service Central Investigation officers have charged two men in relation to this stabbing.
Mohamed MOHAMED, age 20 of Ottawa, and Abou HAKIM, age 23 of Ottawa have been charged jointly with Aggravated Assault.
MOHAMED faces additional charges for Breach of Recognizance x 2 and Carry a Concealed Weapon.
They are scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.

Seeking witnesses in Merivale Road stabbing
(Ottawa)--Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigation Unit investigators are seeking witnesses to a stabbing which happened at 1:58am this morning in the 800 block of Merivale Road.
Officers located a man in 30’s with serious injuries. Two male suspects were arrested nearby.
The victim remains in serious condition in hospital and investigators are seeking witnesses to this incident.
