Public assistance sought to locate missing 16 year old male

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, June 6, 2019   5:22pm 

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Missing persons Unit is looking for public assistance to locate missing 16 year old Daniel Vidal, of Ottawa. His family is concerned for his safety. 

He was last seen today around 11:10am, when he disembarked from an OC Transpo bus at the Queensview Station. 

He is described as a Caucasian male, 5'9" (175cm), medium build, with dark brown hair, brown eyes, a round face and acne scars on face. He was wearing dark blue jeans, a dark blue hoodie, a blue baseball hat, white Jordan shoes with light blue trim on bottom edge. 

Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Daniel is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222. 

If you have information that could assist investigators, but do not know where he is currently, please contact the Missing Persons Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, daily.
