(Ottawa)- Early this morning, a suspicious vehicle idling on the street was noticed by a frontline officer on Morisset Ave. in Ottawa.
The officer approached the vehicle and saw cannabis in the vehicle. Under the Cannabis Act the vehicle was searched. The search led to the discovery of a loaded .45 caliber semi automatic handgun and illicit drugs.
One man is facing weapons and drug charges.
