(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service Missing Persons Unit is seeking assistance of the public in locating missing 38 year old Sally Livingstone, of Ottawa. There are concerns for her safety.
Sally was last seen in the O’Connor Street area on November 15th 2019. She frequents Confederation Park on Laurier Ave and the Ottawa City hall.
Sally is described as a Caucasian female, 5’7” (170 cm), slim build, with short dyed blond hair, piercing in her ears and eyebrow. She is possibly travelling on a red mountain bike. (see photos)
