(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing Scott Nickerson, 52 years old, of Ottawa. Scott left his residence in the Mooney’s Bay area on May 28th around 9:30am and did not return. His family is concerned for his wellbeing, health and safety.
Scott is known to hang out in locations where food is available (e.g. grocery stores, shelters, restaurants, parks, convenience stores). He is without is medication and there are concerns for his health.
Scott is described as a Caucasian male, 5’2” (157cm), 170 pounds (77kg) stocky build with short blond hair. He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured baseball cap with a Toronto Blue Jay logo, a blue t-shirt with ‘Nova Scotia’ written on the front, navy blue track pants and brown hiking boots. He may be wearing black glasses (see photo).
Anyone with information on the current whereabouts of Scott is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.
