(Ottawa)—Major Crime Unit investigators are interested in identifying and talking to seven (7) males that may have information to assist the Ottawa Police investigation into the homicide of Ashton Dickson (see pictures).
Ashton was murdered on June 26 on Rideau Street outside an establishment on Rideau Street.

Ashton Dickson, 25 of Ottawa, succumbed to his injuries on scene. Investigation continues.

Homicide Investigation on Rideau Street
(Ottawa) - The Ottawa Police Major Crime Unit is investigating a homicide that took place in the area of Rideau Street and Augusta Street on Monday, June 26, 2017 at approximately 1:00 am.
Patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area and located an injured adult male. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Rideau Street remains closed between Chapel Street and Augusta Street for the police investigation.
