(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service is seeking for public assistance for missing 32 year old David Munkonda.
David was last seen in the 1100 block of Carling Avenue late last night around 9 pm. He is described as a black male, 5’10” (178cm), medium build, short black curly hair. David was wearing jeans and a red and white checkered shirt.
