(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service responded to a call for service at approximately 6:00am on November 21st, in relation to shots being heard.
Upon arrival, several patrons of a restaurant who were clearing out at the time were unwilling to provide any assistance to police pertaining to what had happened. A subsequent investigation by the Guns and Gangs Unit has confirmed that at least two shots were fired. It is believed that one shot was fired into a vehicle that had stopped on Shillington Avenue and which immediately sped away. It is unknown at this time if there were any injuries.
