(Ottawa) –The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section has charged a man in the homicide of Solomon Odekunle.
Joe-Bryan NDIKURIYO, 27 years old, from Ottawa is charged with Second degree murder.
NDIKURIYO appeared in court on November 7th, 2016.

One man in custody in relation to a homicide at St. Laurent and Ogilvie
(Ottawa) –The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section has arrested a 27-year-old man in relation to a homicide early this morning at the corner of St. Laurent Blvd. and Ogilvie Rd.
Police and emergency responders were called to the scene at about 2:30 a.m. where they found Solomon Odekunle, 21, suffering from stab wounds.
Odekunle died of his injuries.
The person in custody is expected to appear in court tomorrow.
All roads in the area of St. Laurent Blvd. and Ogilvie Rd. are now open.
