(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is asking for public assistance in locating missing Caroline (Carrie) Babbitt from Ottawa. Caroline was last seen on March 11, 2018 at 4:00pm in the Alta Vista area. Her family is greatly concerned for her safety.
Caroline is described as a Caucasian female, 27 year old, 5’7” (170cm), 135-140 pounds (61-64kg), with long blonde wavy hair. She was last seen wearing a long black North Face coat and grey Roots boots.
