(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is asking for public assistance to locate missing Joanne ‘Joni’ Panipakoocho, 34 years old of Ottawa. Joanne was last seen on March 29, 2018 in the area of King Edward Avenue and Murray Street.
Joanne is described as an Inuit female, 5'4” (163 cm), slim build, with shoulder-length black and red hair, and brown eyes. (Her hair is longer and different colours than in attached photo).
Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to call Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222. If you have information that could assist investigators, but do not know where she is currently, please contact the Ottawa Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 2355.
