(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Central District Investigators have charged Steven WOOFF, 41 years-old, of Ottawa, with 7 counts of Theft From Vehicle, 4 counts of Mischief Under $5000 and 2 Breach of Conditions.
The alleged incidents occurred December 3rd, 2015 in the underground parking lots of apartment buildings in the 1200 block of Donald Street.
WOOFF was arrested and appeared in court yesterday. He has been remanded into custody and will appear again tomorrow morning, Monday, February 8, 2016
WOOFF also faces a break & enter and possession of a stolen motor vehicle charge alleged to have occurred the same day.
DNA linkages played an important role in the WOOFF's arrest.
