(Ottawa) — Ottawa Police Central District Investigators are looking to speak to witnesses of an assault that occurred on Sunday, January 31, 2016 between 12:00-12:30am inside the Barefax Club, located 27 York Street, in Ottawa.
A group of males engaged in a dispute and a male in his thirties was assaulted and suffered serious injuries. He was transported to a local hospital and has since been released.
Some witnesses have described the suspect as a Caucasian male, 5’8” to 5’9” (173 to 175cm), with dark short hair.
Police are looking to speak to more witnesses who were present at the time of the incident.
