(Ottawa) –The Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit charged Paul BATCHELOR, 34 years old of Ottawa, with three counts of Sexual assault involving three female victims.
The investigation found that, between 2009-2016, he met women on social media sites, and/or in evening events.
He was arrested today without incident and is scheduled to attend show cause court today.
Investigators believe there are further victims.
