(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is asking for assistance in locating a missing man, Mr. Robert RUSS, 54 years old, of Ottawa.
Mr. Russ has not been seen since the 15th May 2017 and was last seen on Murray Street, Ottawa. He is a Caucasian male, 5'6" (168 cm) in height, 100 lbs (45 kg), salt and pepper hair, very rough looking. Robert RUSS is developmentally delayed.
